Hi, this is Jim with Florida Home Buyers. This is a house we purchased in Venice. We were able to help out the seller here. He was a veteran with the armed forces and was unable to keep up with his payments, and he was unable to keep up with his house. The house needs lots of repairs. So, therefore we were able to get him off the hook with his mortgage and his house here in Venice, Florida.
